Because I like joint pain, I have been painstakingly moving my old blog posts over one-by-one. Crazy! you say. Yes, indeed. I tried to do it the automated way, but it said it’s all too much. Plus, there are some posts that really aren’t worth bothering with. I’m sure I’m still doing this the long, hard way; but I kind of like it. I get to revisit some (very) old posts. Like from back when I wasn’t too worried about punctuation or capitalization. Yowza. Unfortunately, this doesn’t bring the comments with them. If anybody wants to come help me do this a better way, please let me know. So far, I’ve made it through all of the January and February posts. I’ve got a looong way to go (since I started blogging in 2005).
For fun, here is a smattering of some of my favorite old posts:
curried hummus and kitty snapshots (January 21, 2006)
32 Short Things About Brooke Stapleton (February 23, 2006)
that ho stole our cable! (February 27, 2007)
But Mom, Can’t We Keep Her? (January 14, 2008)
Assume the position! (January 7, 2009)
Meet my family (January 22, 2009)
Breastfeeding: what boobs were made for, after all… (February 9, 2009)
Baby belly pics: 35 weeks! (February 16, 2009)
Attack of the marshmallow feet! (February 26, 2009)
If you want more, check out the “From the Old Blog” category. I’ll be adding more and more as I go along. If my right hand doesn’t fall off first.
